BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR WORK OR BUSINESS:After working for many years in residential and commercial property management around the Metro Vancouver area, I returned to my hometown and enjoying working in a smaller community. As a licensed residential Property Manager, I am dedicated to keeping my client’s rental property well-maintained and producing income while providing exceptional service.

What brought you to Powell River?: I was born and raised in Powell River, leaving in my early twenties to attend Capilano College in North Vancouver. After living in the Metro Vancouver area for many years and in Mexico for over 10 years, I unexpectedly ended up back in my hometown, and so glad that I am back. .

When you're not working, how do you like to spend your time?: I enjoy keeping physically active by biking riding, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking and playing pickleball to name a few things.

What do you love most about your career?: have always enjoyed the variety of the work, especially when I was overseeing a number of  larger buildings.  Not only do you learn about all the ins and outs of the buildings, the financial end of it (budgets, bookkeeping, etc), the marketing of the property, and the various rules and regulations in regards to the different people involved.  No two days are ever the same and you are never going to know it all.
